This chia pudding recipe is perfect for breakfast/brunch, as a snack or to impress your guests! It’s healthy, low in fat and almost too pretty to eat!

Ingredients

4 tbsp PRANA organic whole chia seeds

1 cup plant-based milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp pitaya powder (or other natural pink dye such as beet powder)

1 1/2 cup frozen bananas

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Directions
Chia Puddings
Place all white layer ingredients together in one bowl and all pink layer ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Mix well, cover and refrigerate one hour (or overnight).
Smoothie
Put all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
To assemble, first pour a layer of white chia pudding, then pour a layer of pink pudding and top with a layer of smoothie. Garnish with fresh fruit of your choice.
