Nutritious Breakfast Smoothie
We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What better way to kick it off than with a nutritious smoothie! The harmonious blend of kale, bananas, blueberries, chia, flax seeds and more make this smoothie as refreshing as it is nutritious.
1 ½ cup wild blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 ½ banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp PRANA organic raw maca powder
1 tsp PRANA organic raw cacao powder
1 tsp PRANA organic shelled hemp seeds
1 tsp PRANA organic whole black Proactivchia seeds
1 leaf kale
1 PRANA organic Medjool date
Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
