Avocado Chocolate Mousse
A delicious, quick and easy dessert that'll impress your guests! Serve with a dollop of our sumptuous coconut whipped cream!
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
Pour into a glass bowl with a tight-fitting lid.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until it reaches a creamy ‘’mousse’’ quality. To make "ice cream '', put the mousse in the freezer overnight.
Serve in a bowl or cup and top with a generous dollop of our coconut whipped cream. Garnish with fresh fruit such as cherries or raspberries.
