Raw, tasty, gluten-free and vegan - your sweet tooth will love this dessert!
Soak the dates in hot water for a few minutes, until soft.
In a blender, grind the almonds down to a flour-like texture.
Mix together half of the dates with the cacao powder. Add to the almond flour and mix well to form the tart crust.
Press the tart crust into small moulds.
For the caramel, mix the remaining dates with the maca powder, adding some of the soaking water from the dates as needed.
Divide the caramel among the molds to top the crusts.
Add a pinch of sea salt and decorate with goji berries, nuts or hemp seeds.
Refrigerate for a few minutes before serving.
