Tahini, Date and Cardamom Caramels

Try this sweet treat recipe for an afternoon pick-me-up, or dessert!
Mix all ingredients except for the salt in a food processor. Mix until smooth.
Line a rectangular bread mould with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Press the mixture evenly into the mould, then sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Place in the freezer for an hour.
Remove the dough from the mould and cut into small, even squares. Keep refrigerated or in the freezer.
