Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp PRANA organic ground chia seeds
1 tbsp brown rice flour
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Whisk together banana, vanilla and brown sugar.
Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
Using an ice cream scoop, shape 12 balls of equal size. Arrange on a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake 10 minutes.
