An appetizing, refreshing and fulfilling smoothie, perfect for sunny summer days.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (100 g) frozen raspberries
- ¾ cup (190 ml) plain or vanilla soy milk
- 3 tbsp Italian almond butter
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
Directions
- Blend about one-third of the raspberries with the water in a blender until you get a coulis.
- Pour the coulis into the bottom of the glass.
- Add a spoonful of almond butter and a spoonful of yogurt to decorate the sides of the glass.
- Blend the remaining ingredients in the blender until you achieve a creamy texture.
- Gently pour the smoothie into the decorated glass.
- Enjoy immediately!
