Raspberry-Mint Chia Fresca
A refreshing drink to keep you cool during the hot summer months!
1 bag (454 g) frozen raspberries
4 tbsp agave syrup
1 bunch fresh mint, divided
4 tsp PRANA organic whole chia seeds
4 lemons, divided
1 L water
1 L carbonated water
Soak the chia seeds in 1 1/2 cups of water for 25 minutes. Stir every few minutes.
Squeeze the juice of 3 lemons. Set aside.
Cut the remaining lemon into thin slices and put them in a pitcher.
In a blender, mix the raspberries, lemon juice, half the mint leaves and agave with 1 l of water.
Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove the raspberry seeds.
Transfer the mixture to the pitcher and add the carbonated water, the chia gel and the remaining mint leaves.
