Combine whatever nuts and seeds you have in your cupboards to some coconut strips, which add a delicious and exotic flavour to the mix. Liquid smoke is another great ingredient to keep around, whether it's for seasoning tofu or adding to homemade broth. ½ to 1 tbsp liquid smoke

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

1 cup PRANA organic raw European almonds

½ cup PRANA organic raw walnuts

½ cup PRANA organic non-roasted cashews

½ cup PRANA organic coconut strips

¼ cup PRANA organic raw European pumpkin seeds
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Mix the olive oil, liquid smoke and seasonings together in a bowl. Add nuts and seeds, then stir to coat.
Spread nut mixture evenly on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Toast in oven 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Let cool completely and enjoy.
