PRANA Contest – $200 Gift Card rules

OFFICIAL RULES 
Contest entitled : PRANA $200 Gift Card Giveaway
Date: from 21/09/2026 to 31/10/2026.
ORGANIZER: The contest is held by Prana Biovegan Inc. (Organizer or the Contest Organizer).
 
DURATION
The contest takes place during the following period:
Start of the contest: 21/09/2026
End of the contest: 31/10/2026

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence on the date of entry.
Excluded are directors, officers, employees, mandataries, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizer, its parent company, any company, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, participating stores, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of prizes, goods and services related to the Contest, as well as members of the immediate family of the aforementioned persons or persons with whom they are domiciled, whether related or not.

PARTICIPATION / NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
One winner will be selected and will receive one PRANA electronic gift card valued at $200 CAD.
To enter, complete the entry form available at https://pranafoods.ca/pages/prana-contest-200-gift-card during the Contest Period by providing all required information.
All mandatory fields on the registration form must be completed unless otherwise indicated as optional.

LIMIT
Participants must respect the following limit, failing which they may be disqualified:
Limit of one entry per person and per email address during the Contest Period.

PRIZE
The prize available to be won is:
One PRANA electronic gift card with an approximate retail value of $200 CAD.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded in connection with the Contest is $200 CAD.

ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to PRANA electronic gift cards.

DRAW
Draw date: 03/11/2026
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

PRIZE CLAIM
In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must be contacted by phone or email, at the Contest Organizer’s sole discretion, within ten (10) days following the draw.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached after reasonable attempts by the Organizer during this period, the entrant may be disqualified and another entrant may be selected.
If the selected entrant is contacted by email, they must respond in accordance with the instructions provided in the notification.
Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in the disqualification of the selected entrant and the selection of another entrant.

REFUSAL TO ACCEPT A PRIZE
The refusal of a selected entrant to accept the prize in accordance with these Official Rules releases the Contest Organizer from any obligation related to the prize toward that person.

AWARDING OF THE PRIZE
No prize will be awarded unless the winner has been confirmed.
The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitution will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

PRIZE CLAIM FEES
Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in connection with claiming or redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

LIMITED PRIZE
Under no circumstances will the Contest Organizer be required to award more than one prize, or to award a prize other than as provided in these Official Rules.
