Craving the taste of carrot cake for breakfast? This apple & maple overnight chia turns into a creamy, wholesome bowl flavoured with warm spices, grated carrot and crunchy walnuts. Topped with almond butter and a drizzle of maple syrup, it’s a healthy yet indulgent way to start the day.

Ingredients

½ cup PRANA Apple & Maple Overnight Chia

150 ml water

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

1 pinch ginger powder
-
1–2 tbsp finely grated carrot

1 tbsp PRANA raw walnuts, chopped

1 tbsp PRANA almond butter

Optional toppings: extra walnuts, shredded carrot, drizzle of maple syrup
Directions
In a bowl, mix the Apple & Maple Overnight Chia with water. Stir well and let soak for 30 minutes on the counter or 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Mix in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and grated carrot. Stir to combine.
Add chopped walnuts, top with almond butter and, if desired, a drizzle of maple syrup.
Garnish with extra walnuts and carrot for added crunch.
