A creamy, crunchy, and fruity bowl, perfect for breakfast or a wholesome snack. The caramelized bananas add an irresistible sweetness that pairs beautifully with the granola and yogurt.

Ingredients

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup coconut yogurt

½ cup Granolove Maple Spice

A few dark chocolate gems or chips

1 tsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp almond butter
Directions
Heat a small pan with coconut oil. Add banana slices, drizzle with maple syrup, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook a few minutes on each side until golden and caramelized.
In a serving bowl, add the coconut yogurt as a base. Arrange the caramelized banana slices on top.
Sprinkle with granola, chocolate gems, hemp seeds, and finish with a spoonful of almond butter.
Enjoy while the bananas are still warm for maximum flavour and contrast with the cool yogurt.
