2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons small oat flakes

½ cup (75 g) whole wheat flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ cup (125 mL) soy milk

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons coconut yogurt

4 strawberries

8 raspberries

2 tablespoons pecans

Directions
In a bowl, mix all pancake batter ingredients with a spoon or whisk.
Heat a lightly oiled pan and pour two pancake rounds into the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
