The Protein Smoothie
Try this smoothie packed with high-quality plant-based protein, fiber and antioxidants! It's perfect for breakfast on the go, mid-morning hunger pangs or to help your muscles recover after intense physical activity.
1 handful ice
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 tbsp PRANA organic hemp seeds
1 tbsp PRANA organic whole black ProactivChia seeds
1 tsp PRANA organic raw maca powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
2 cups almond milk
2 tbsps agave syrup
Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix until the smoothie is smooth and creamy. Serve cold!
PRESERVATION: Can be kept in the fridge for 1 day.
