Looking for a quick, elegant treat that hits all the right notes : sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy? These chocolate-covered raspberries filled with Prana almond butter are everything you love in a bite-sized snack. They’re vegan, gluten-free, and made with only a handful of quality ingredients you likely already have on hand. Ideal for summer hosting or a midday treat straight from the freezer!
 
                      Ingredients
- 
20 fresh raspberries 
- 
                
2–3 tbsp Prana Almond Butter 
- 
                
100 g Prana Dark Chocolate 
- 
Pinch of sea salt 
- 
                
Chopped Prana pistachios 
Directions
- Using a piping bag or small spoon, fill each raspberry with a bit of Prana almond butter. Place them upright on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 15–20 minutes. 
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the Prana dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. 
- Remove the raspberries from the freezer and quickly dip each one into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick. Sprinkle immediately with sea salt and/or chopped pistachios for added texture and flavour. 
- Return the dipped raspberries to the parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes, or until fully set. 
Recipe Note
Tip: These frozen bites keep well in an airtight container for up to one week. They make a great snack, dessert, or sweet surprise on a hot day.
