Looking for a cool, high-protein snack to beat the heat? These vegan popsicles are made with Prana’s Overnight Chia Blueberry Muffin, almond milk, real blueberries, and a touch of maple syrup. They're smooth, subtly sweet, and bursting with blueberry muffin vibes, perfect for post-workout or sunny afternoons!

Ingredients

1 cup Prana Overnight Chia – Blueberry Muffin

2 cups almond milk

1 cup frozen blueberries

1–2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
In a bowl, mix the Overnight Chia with the almond milk. Let it sit for 30–45 minutes at room temperature until thickened.
Add the soaked chia, blueberries, maple syrup, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert the sticks, and freeze overnight (or at least 6–8 hours).
