These chocolate energy balls hide a rich, soft pistachio butter center that makes every bite extra satisfying. Easy to make and packed with flavour, they’re perfect for a quick snack or an anytime energy boost.
Ingredients

12 Prana Medjool dates (pitted)

½ cup Prana Organic Walnuts

½ cup Prana Organic Raw Pistachios

2 tbsp Prana Hemp Seeds

½ cup Prana Shredded Coconut

½ cup Prana Cocoa Powder

½ cup Prana Organic Pistachio butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 pinch sea salt

Chopped raw pistachios (for coating)
Directions
Place ½ cup of pistachios in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Set aside for coating.
In the food processor, combine all remaining ingredients except ¼ cup of the pistachio butter. Blend until a sticky dough forms. Scoop the mixture and roll into small balls.
Using your thumb or the back of a small spoon, gently press into the center of each ball to create a small well.
Fill each center with a small amount of pistachio butter, then seal by covering with a bit of dough and rolling again into a smooth ball.
Roll each ball in the pistachio crumbs to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated.
Recipe Note
You can skip the soft center and simply blend all the pistachio butter directly into the dough for a quicker version.
