Inspired by the rich flavours of Dubai-style chocolate treats, this Date Bark combines soft Medjool dates, creamy pistachio butter and silky dark chocolate for an easy no-bake dessert that feels extra luxurious. Sweet, crunchy, salty and perfectly indulgent, all with just a handful of ingredients.

20 PRANA Medjool Dates

½ cup PRANA Pistachio Butter

½ cup PRANA 62% Cacao Dark Chocolate Chunks

1 tbsp coconut oil

Sprinkle of flaky sea salt
Directions
Line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Arrange the pitted dates closely together and gently press them down with your hands or the bottom of a glass to form an even rectangle.
Spread the PRANA Pistachio Butter evenly over the date layer.
Add the dark chocolate chunks and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
Pour the melted chocolate over the pistachio butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.
Remove from the freezer, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, then break or slice into pieces. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for a chilled treat.
