Corn on the cob with coconut oil, sea salt & lime
A classic with a coconut lime twist!
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
1 pinch chili powder
4 corn cobs
¼ tsp sea salt
- Melt the coconut oil in a double boiler, add the chili powder, mix.
- Brush the coconut oil on the corn cobs and grill a few minutes on the barbecue.
- Add a pinch of sea salt and lime juice.
