250 g Prana sunflower seeds

250 mL (1 cup) hot water

125 mL (½ cup) cider

3 tbsp tapioca starch

3 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp vinegar

40 g vegan shredded cheese

Salt, to taste

1 round loaf of bread
Instructions
In a blender, combine the sunflower seeds, hot water, cider, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the center to create a bread bowl. Pour the blended dip into the bread bowl and top with vegan shredded cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 355°F (180°C) until warm and slightly melted.
Cut the removed bread top and inside pieces into cubes.
Serve the warm bread bowl in the center of the table with bread cubes and fondue forks or skewers. Let everyone dive in and enjoy the delicious, savory experience!
