Our plastic #7 pouches are not recyclable and should be disposed of in the trash (although we like to reuse them to store or freeze other food or items).
Our plastic #2 (HDPE) pouches are technically recyclable and should generally be disposed of in your recycling bin. It's a good idea to group all your thin plastic films together to avoid confusion with paper at the recycling facility.
Some cities however are not equipped to process them; refer to your city’s recycling program to be sure (check useful links below). Alternatively, some provinces offer in-store drop-off bins.
