ProactivChia Pudding with Raspberry Cream and Chocolate Granola
This simple ProactivChia breakfast recipe will fuel you for the day. Our ProactivChia contains added probiotics to help keep your gut flora happy. Go ahead and garnish this recipe any way you like!
3/4 cup homemade chocolate granola (or a granola of your choice)
4 tbsp PRANA organic whole black Proactivchia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup almond milk
For the raspberry cream
Prepare the pudding the night before by mixing the ProactivChia, the nut milk and maple syrup in a Mason jar. Seal the jar and shake vigorously to prevent the ProactivChia from sticking to the bottom. Let sit for 5 minutes, then shake again. Keep refrigerated overnight.
Place 2 to 3 tbsp of granola at the bottom of each of your serving cups, bowls or Mason jars.
Blend the banana, raspberries and 1/2 cup of almond milk together.
To assemble, add a layer of chia pudding on top of the granola and top with the raspberry cream.
