A perfect twist to a classic crumble. Made in a skillet with some crunchy Granolove, this comforting recipe is perfect for those fall days.
Ingredients

6 apples, peeled and sliced

1/4 cup brown sugar or cane sugar, well packed

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground allspice

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 cup frozen cranberries
-
1 cup Granolove maple spice
-
1/2 cup rolled oats
-
1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup brown sugar or cane sugar, well packed

3 tbsp melted vegan butter or coconut oil
Crumble
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚F and vegan butter or oil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine all apple filling ingredients. Transfer to cast-iron skillet.
In another bowl, mix crumble ingredients and spread over apple mixture.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the apples have softened and the crumble is lightly browned.
Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving. Enjoy warm topped with a vegan ice cream scoop!
